Mike, you don't get it do you or maybe perhaps your buddy buddy with the whole ISGI gang. Do you have some of those preferred to be converted when ISGI do their reverse split? I think I would do a reverse split inorder to get $10 vs 5/8 when I have 25mil shares ready for conversion. You do see any well run companies do a reverse split inorder to better their fundamentals. How could anybody deem a reverse split as positive especially a company with no profit history. Its not that easy of a senario...."boom reverse split...were rich". I like to say that there were no 20K blocks going through a 21/32, plenty at 5/8 bid! Bob you were doing pretty good but you just blew it! We techies are 1 for 1 now, when we said that ISGI will trickle back down to the .50 level post the reverse takeover announcement of ISGI. Now we are going 2 for 2. For everyone that is silently reading the posts. REVERSE SPLIT WILL TANK THE STOCK!!
