Wayne ... I called Mr. Duke and he said no it is not correct to his knowledge ... He will get me the figures and I will post them again what I know of is 1.2 M in the float Approx. 60K Preferred A X 35 = 1.8M dilution in Nov 1998 Insiders shares Preferred B is authorized 10M not yet issued but some is. they convert one year from issue and are tradeable oneyear after that so they have a two year restriction. I should know exact figures shortly around 6:00 Thanks GB
