We have a justice system for fellow Americans that does not include summary executions.

I never had a problem with killing Al-Qaeda's American soldiers. In the case in question, arresting the individual was a problem and would just wind up killing American soldiers needlessly or the subject would escape easily in the time it would take to mount a manned assault. The use of drones was the best solution.

If you are an American and take up arms against the USA, then you should be not given special exemption against being targeted as the non-American that are making war against the USA.

I would like to see the traitors arrested and made to answer for their crimes in court and be humiliated in prison for 50 years (or executed like a dog). However, that not being an alternative, we need to protect ourselves first. Americans in Al-Qaeda are very dangerous since they know us so well.
