I find a huge difference in speed using Chrome (google browser) All other parameters that you mention add to the speed. I use simple formulas over not so many rows. I think they recommend 1000 rows. It depends when you tried. There is huge difference from a year ago. What I like a lot is that you can share the files with other people you can integrate voice video and text and it is all accessible from everywhere.
