I think this statement has a lot of weight, the reverse split/name change has more to do with COMPLETING an ACQUISITION than some sinister plot to convert preferred shares. It looks like Lents,Booth have a deal in the works to acquire a company that needs ISGI to make these changes. The new IBs & MMs will be an added plus. IMO John
