-- I see no adverse action against SYCR in the above matter for the following 3 reasons:

1. It was only a "letter of inquiry" which initiated the matter. If you know anything about Mark Green and the other radical liberals running NY, you'd know there doesn't have to be a reason to hassle "evil" companies out to make a profit.

2. Several independent labs and magazines reported findings better than those advertised. And this was extensively reported on this thread about 4 or 5 months ago.

3. I, myself, own and use Windrenalin every day. I've reported on the measured performance boost it gave my pc.
