There was no reason to post the PR regarding the s/h lawsuit twice, if at all. A while back, a law firm was advertising on these threads and I thought you were doing likewise.

As far as OXHP, on Taking Stock, this morning on CNBC, an analyst thought that the health care companies have been beat'n down and he thought it was a good time to enter. His recommendation, howeever, was Aetna with a price target of $110.

I agree with the analyst above, this is a good entry point for most healthcare companies. Better to buy out of favor stocks which have pretty much bottomed out than get into some hot sector that is overvalued and pay for it with your hard earned money. A case in point, the oil drillers sector.
