Best start building more jails and a place to warehouse a lot of kids.

Drug test congress, congressional staff, lobbyists, Wall Street. Drug test everybody, a condition of living here. Not urine tests, a bladder, some plastic tube and your kids pee gets past that, blood tests are the only way to go. Unless you do a strip search along with it or have a one on one manual inspection of everybody's genitals. Wonder how many people that might employ, the career path from penis (can I say that?) inspector to penis inspector supervisor to special adviser on penis inspection to the President, maybe a full Cabinet position, the department of penis inspection or the penis inspector general.
And everybody just nods there heads and says yep, seems about right to me,that'll do it, damned hippies.
