B, Yea, but you can't say that or risk a lighting bolt coming down from the sky and striking your ass. Jimi is up there dood. But, it's true. SRV played Jimi cleaner than Jimi. But you know, Jimi's thing was about just going for it. Dood was amazing. Still waiting for a definitive bio on Jimi, as so far the ones I've read are a bit lacking. Cool that you got to see SRV many times in a small club. He is one of those greats that I never got a chance to see. It just never worked out, unfortunately. I remember exactly when I learned he died. He had a lot of music left in him, as I think he was just getting started. GT TH
