Alec,

re AMZN: The lockup has expired to the best of my knowledge. That doesn't mean they will sell shares immediately. AMZN does still have about a year's worth of cash so you may need some patience shorting or buying puts in AMZN.

I imagine some insiders are itching to sell at the current prices though and some will be offered early next year. In the meantime this pig's stock price wanders all over the place.
