RE: "Whether it is illegal or not is in dispute, and if you can make a clearcut answer without having read any of the DOJ complaint or previous agreement between DOJ and MSFT, I am quite impressed." If your question is whether or not MSFT violated the consent decree I can only obsereve that MFST's legal team says no and the DOJ's legal team says yes. We won't know until the court makes a judgement. I have a question: If the court rules that MSFT's OEM agreements didn't violate the consent decree does that mean the agreements are legal? JD
