[Sold all my shares, taking my profits and moving on]

I've been invested in Amati for over two years now. Watched it go from 6 to 36 per/sh and back. I believe that this TI deal is the best that we are ever going to see. The competition is getting too great and the companies that are getting involved with XDSL, too many.

Who's going to pay more than 20 bucks a share for Amati? Let's get real. Amati will be absorbed by TI (a gorilla company) and that's that. A done deal. Business as usual.

I'm taking my profits now and start a new quest for another promising AMTX-type company.

Many thanks to you, Jim and the rest for all of your valuable input and insights over the past two years on what has been one heck of a ride.

I was hoping on retiring with the help of AMTX. Heavy sigh....:((

My heart and blood pressure will enjoy the rest now.

Goodbye and good luck to all,

Franco
