Sinking ship is listing?

Bill:

I thought there was supposed to be some kind of delisting hearing on 11/13. Did NUKO receive an extension?

Not that many companies go to the pink sheets on their first dive. Comparator (I never owned) is the only one that comes to mind.
BICO (which, unlike NUKO, I did not ride down) just keeps on issuing more stock, despite never having had substantial revenues (unlike NUKO).

Assuming BK is a cynical ne'er do well, why doesn't he simply sell more stock, even at this level, if only to keep his R&D going and pay himself a salary awhile longer? Could it be that he entertains some hope, however delusional, that he can somehow pull out of this tailspin without a dilutive offering?

I am not trying to raise anyone's hopes, including my own. Just puzzled by the strange status quo.
