the EGO and Hubris of the two CEOs and having more than 50% ownership are death blows by themselves.

Too little Too late. By the time they get the new stuff out, they will have lost any possible Branding.

Possibly the only last effort for the investors is for the following

1. Ichan buys 15% of the stock.
2. Fires both CEOS, installs his own.
3. Sells the patents to someone who wants to service Enterprise and NOT 20 somethings.
4. Take the rest of hte company down or cash it out to let it die the slow death it will have.

5. Provide a final cash dividend to all shareholders of record.
