ACS, A Xerox Company, Speeds Up Access to Benefits through Paperless Claims System for Department of Veterans Affairs finance.yahoo.com Under a $54 million, three-year contract, ACS will convert the VA’s paper-based claims processing system into an electronic one. The new system will significantly reduce backlogs and more accurately process initial, increased benefits, pension and dependency claims.
