>> President Obama's political career is in free-fall. He will not be reelected. Many Democrats and media personalities now understand what appeared impossible even mere months ago.

This guy has it right IMO.

It is important to first understand that the MEDIA were responsible for the election of Obama. Sure, the voters cast their votes, but only because the media refused to report about Obama on a factual basis. Things people should have heard were never disclosed. And things that shouldn't have been heard ("tingle up my leg") were all over the place. The media elected Obama. Some of us, at the time, referred to it as the "death" of the legitimate media.

Which sets the stage for what is now happening: a FEW in the media have now begun to recognize the mistake and, though in subtle fashion, "correct" the mistakes.

Last week I heard CNN's John King state plainly that Obama "was not ready" when elected. That's a pretty big admission. Bill O'Reilly, who was extremely soft on Obama two years ago, is now being critical of his lack of performance. Even CBS has been aggressive in the last couple weeks against the Obama administration.

You'll never get NYT or MSNBC to do honest reporting on Obama. Will not happen. But I do think the media has recognized they were made fools of.

The only way the Ds pull this is out is if Obama chooses to step down allowing Hillary to run. And Obama is just about 100x too arrogant to even consider something of this sort.

At this point it looks as though the Republicans could nominate Richard Nixon and still win in '12.
