Fact Check is always fun, but truth, I'm afraid, doesn't really matter. If it did, Bush never would have been elected for a second term. So we can dispense with truth as a vital element in any political contest. So what does it really come down to? "Audience"- that is to say "voter- perception. Whoever wins the spin wins the election. That's just the way it is now in America. I think democrats have a fairly good chance winning the spin- I wish I was as confident about liberals owning the MSM as the wingers are, because every time they say some crap like that I think "Yeah baby- you keep talking like that, maybe it will come true." And if it already is true, hallelujah. And btw- isn't that Cohen song the best? Love that song Hallelujah.
