Stak, not to rain on your v-chip hunt, but i just don't see this v-chip deal taking off. Besides.. a dss system has a channel lockout system that will work just fine for that... if you can keep four numbers a secert? DSS is alread booming. Echo will and to this in a major way. Convince me ....i'm open to the BBD.(Bigger & better deeal) Just finished reading all the posts here. Could be a short term play but...not with a big % of capital.
