I think you meant Ackman not Paulson, I am not sure if he is still taking investors. He is a sharp guy but I still think a little guy like you and me would do better copying there best ideas and doing our own thing. Orkla sounds like a good idea after my financial companies become reasonable priced. Hopefully it is still reasonable @ that time whenever it happens. JPM reports tomorrow I have my fingers crossed that there earnings are decent and there outlook is good. I don’t own them but you know if they impress all the financials are going higher. Today I bought another 10 shares on Monex Group @ 142 (yea the only purchase was by me) and in the past week I have been adding to AIG, JEF and FUR. Mostly all small purchases because trying to hold onto funds but I still believe what I hold is going to make me a lot of money. RIght now wish I put much more in AIG @ 20.05 and Jef @ 11.40. The way the market has been you never know they can be lower than those prices tomorrow so I might get a second chance who the hell knows what mood Mr Market will be in going foward.
