J.M., as much as I hate to say it is I think some may have gotten suck in to selling on the "bad news", when in reality this info has been know since 11/14, see below. I was watching the trading today there were buyers just setting and waiting for the selling. All of the buys at the ask, were the largest block traded after the press release. I think someone knows something about a sale of their business at $1.35 to $1.75 not a bad profit from this point.
