I have been building a position in CCCL lately. Seems like things are a little too negative when people take rejection of a $7 buyout offer as a negative thing for a stock selling around 2.70. But if I had built a company I don't think I'd be too anxious to sell at a 3.4 P/E or 1.7X 2012 EBITDA. Then again it seems like you can never be too negative on these China plays. I think I need them to accept a $12 buyout offer just to break even on my China plays <ng>.
