Well steroids get tapered and I believe methotrexate does too. So it's not just a CNS-drug phenomenon by any means. But I do grant they are breaking new ground here and so the only way to know for sure is to try. Someone on Drew's board pointed out that the author of that letter was the guy who ran the YMI trial at Mayo. Don't know what that means if anything. The fact that it was a letter was kind of unusual - normally NEJM only publishes letters in response to articles. So I suspect there was some sort of back story here. Peter
