Hi PC,

If I'm not mistaken KLIC has outsourced its production to a contract manufacturer in Asia.

So they use their money only after a contract maker has finished the equipment.

They buy it ship and avoid the carrying costs of WIP.

If the quality is there - it is an excellent business model with excellent money turn and a higher margin to boot.
