There has been an enormous spike in these kind of EMAILS. labs.m86security.com Coordinated attack? Who knows. I got one that purported to be from NY State. Said I had a traffic ticket and that I should open the attachment for instructions on how to pay my penalty. As I haven't been in NY for 10 years it was easy to delete it. Had it been from Mn? Might have caught me.
