KLIC -- Singapore's Tax Advantage Tax rate in USA of 40% compared to a corporate tax rate of 17% in singapore is likely reason for move along with new CEO location. Likely to increase EPS going forward after 1st quarter of 2011 by significant amount. Current EPS has no tax burden due to NOL carryforwards. Source: Investors' Village
