I spent too many years in Detroit. GM tech center Chevy Central Office and Flint -GMI. I love Houston in winter and Wisconsin in summer. I'm restoring a 1869 one room school house in my home town . I hope to sell used vehicles there. Trucks from the south with no rust have a strong appeal amongst my friends. It'll keep me out of the bars - at least not so much.LOL Bob
