I am not sure if the foreign ownership will be much of an issue, (I think those rules were loosened along with the number of stations one may own in a single market) but anything that causes doubt in the minds of long speculators is fine by me.

Onething I would like to throw out there is the possibility of the license to be pulled by the FCC. Isn't there I use-it-or-loose-it clause in these types of things? I suppose as long as the satellite is in process, CDRD needn't worry. But if someone petitioned the FCC that they would be able to start using the spectrum immediately, could that be significant?

BTW, CS, I must admit I hope my prediction on the "when" of CDRD tanking turns out to be severly wrong.
