Zeev, on another thread you mentioned your strategy of selling in-the-money long-term covered calls on strong bell-weather stocks like MRK. I wonder if you could expand on this strategy a little more...

What criteria for selecting the underlying stock?
Do you prefer stocks that pay dividends?
How do you choose the initial entry point?
Do you do a buy-write, or buy the stock first and wait for a bounce?
How far out in time do you usually go?
How far in-the-money do you write the call?
