However, my SEC accountant tells me that because of the relative size
of the Series A Preferred stock in relation to the overall company
size, the SEC requires that they be considered when calculating the total number of common shares. Therefore, you must add 4,108,860 to your 13.6M figure to arrive at the true total of 17.1 million common
fully diluted shares.

This is per my SEC accountant with whom I have discussed this
specific stock. He publishes my SEC reports regularly.
