I am on a quick weeklong business trip to India. On the flight, sitting next to me was a young employee oaf Bain Capital. Hard to believe, isn't it? We got talking about Romney's claim that he created jobs. Her opinion was that he didn't create any jobs. Instead he just shifted jobs. It was a zero sum game. And it took almost 6 years. Before the company saw any benefit. There was a lot of experimentation. Sometimes newly hired people were laid off within a year because their group folded. So there was a lot of turmoil. Similar to what we are seeing today on national scale.

So we have Romney who claims success on a pilot scale. But we know that a scale up to the national level is complex and is no indication it will succeed.
