I read President Obama's letter to Congress, no mention of terrorism against the United States even though the LRA is listed as a terrorist organization. whitehouse.gov Appears to me the UN has failed and the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize winner has decided to escalate America's involvement in a regional civil war, hoping to get a pop in his reelection poll numbers.
