Frank, I don't agree. If it were that easy, Amati could have
gotten loans based on their contracts with bctel,taiwan,siemens,
NEC,whatever. This tender offer has not gone through and a bank
would not loan that kind of money on a deal that wasn't signed,
sealed and delivered. THe only way was amtx had a good quarter
or txn has loaned the money and won't disclose it.
