Looking at VE. I think its been beaten up by Euromess.

Co. is in all the right places. It's selling at cheap multiples, below book and P/S is ridiculously low. Debt is high, but cash flow positive.

There's not enough details about their restructuring plan and there's plenty of doubt about Euromess.

Chart says buy, but I'm on the fence.

Downside seems min. with big upside. Any thoughts?
