Talked briefly with M. Haglund a few months back about the MMI results . He related how a geologist friend of his at another co was getting economic ore with a 30 RR MMI . He also mentioned that there was more MMI with the very high rates than the one at 12 thous mentioned here earlier .

My views send long term Geologists into a frenzy as their conservatism does to me . Mine are based on practical experience from a guy like Shawn Ryan who has been widely quoted on taking the soil samples properly . Picking locations with reason . Plus comments from the Labs like SGS that say you can NEVER get a false positive with MMI testing done right . Or Geologist experts like Dr. Fedikow who say 100 RR is highly significant , that in general the higher and larger the MMI RR the greater the size of the mineralized zone . This is part of why they think the structure is very big or in this case deep .

From their point of view they have pursued a lot of anomalies over their life and came up empty and so have learn to be sceptical .

MMI though is a game changer eliminating some types of previous testing . Leading directly to drilling .

Google mmigeochem and find some interesting reading for an hour or so .
