Kent, I got these comments from my PW broker. Their analyst covering the stock made internal commnets to their brokers and told them there was no reason for this selloff.

PW earnings estimates for next year still in place ($1.66). My broker even called IR at AFLX in AZ and talked to their CFO. This stock is ridiculously CHEAP right here, 10x future earnings for a company like this, gimme a break!

He defintely placed blame on this pullback on SEG. I think this was just a case where an institution had profits in AFLX, which they stupidly consider a disk drive peripheral only play and assumed problems at SEG to potential problems at AFLX, how stupid.

CFO was optimistic on their Thailand ramp up.

CFO confirmed that GM % would be above 20%.

CFO confirmed that they would wait until January AFTER earnings for the secondary.

CFO said that they have a 6 week lead time with orders to disk drive customers and that things were looking good for the quarter. (Interesting note, he confirmed that QNTM orders were strong over the past 2 quarters while SEG we're dropping (THIS WAS COMPLETELY OFFSET BY GROWTH FROM IBM AND TELECOM CUSTOMERS!@!#!@!)

Overall, he wa optimistic and said that if could buy stock right now he would except that he was restrict from buys or sells because of the secondary registration.

What I love about this stock is their continued bright future. They are doing strong business with Nokia and Ericsson, which is growing. Now imagine how earnings might explode if the disk drive guys take off 6-12 months down the road. They don't even have any material sales to WDC. What if they land them? Imagine what a low cost environment in Thailand will do for future GN.

I tripled my position today and am looking for a $35 target in 6 months.

GO AFLX,
Amir
