Scott Mayer as alleged by Mork is a stock promoter that was contacted by the Gary and Roland. The story goes, as I understand Mork's position, that Gary and Roland issued stock to Scott and Scott was to sell the stock and all three were suppose to split the money. Well, it seems Scott sold 200,000 shares at roughly 3.00/share or 600,000 dollars worth and decided he wanted to keep more then Gary and Roland want him to. This is where it gets really interesting, according to mork that is, Scott called Mork to give him this information and ended up incriminating himself. Again, this is how the story was related to me.
