CB, she might seem tough on the outside, but she still has the hard-wiring. Only while dominant will she be the big deal. Anyone can act tough in Federal uniform while "packing heat". Which is not to say that the most aggressive women are not far more instinctively aggressive than the most girly-men. And women have plenty of other roles in uniform such as confronting men who instinctively give ground to women when in the "living room" or "cave". Getting those instinct management roles right is quite an art in the uniformed industry. Girls to the front to keep the peace, then men to the front when the going gets tough. Mqurice
