As I see it...every share that ISGI has outstanding will be reversed at a rate of 1 for 15. Then ISGI will start over as TWTI. Then eventually TWTI will spin of the "dogs" to Lents and we are left with a Telecom company. At that time we will be given shares in the spin-offs and you can sell or hold them puppies. I'll sell.

Then TWTI will be a viable company with a SMALL float and total outstanding. TWTI will be able to issue more preferred as needed but they should only need to for good reasons. Of course at the times that preferred is issued we all must make a judgment as to wether it is a good move or not. And based on that decision, buy, hold or sell.

REMEMBER...THIS IS A PUBLICLY HELD CORPORATION! And it is held responsible to us, the share holders! If they issue shares to pad their pockets...WE SLAP A HUGE CLASS ACTION AGAINST THEM!!! And the SEC shuts them down! And I don't believe that we will ever see this.

Booth and Salinas have got things moving great! Now we just need some time to get the stock moving up. It will.
