I invest in Qualcomm, they invent CDMA, Huawei licenses it, hires ElMatador to string fibre across Angola, Angola sells oil to China to pay for fibre, I buy Made in China goods and we all [Angolans, Chinese, Qualcommies, Huaweians, ElM and me] buy CDMA Cyberspace DeVices. I use the profits to launch more Globalstar satellites which deliver mobile Cyberspace to the hinterlands of Angola, Brazil, China and everywhere else, for them to use their DeVices anywhere.
