re VE - Cramer had it in it's show as a sell. he believes the dividend may be cut, I agree on the dividend cut but not necessarily on the sell. He is correct that this companies seems to have become to unwieldy to be successful.I am not sure - on the one hand it's cheap but on the other hand it seems that the company has lost it's way.

I am loosely watching it and would want to see a management change before committing substantial $ to this - just my take.
