i wonder if there is a group of pollsters who has compared the over all unemployment rate, with the skills the individual has....i.e. how many aero engineers are we producing, and of those, how many jobs are both 1) available and 2) vacant openings.... are good tool and dye makers out of jobs? how many social type degrees do we need? how many people are laid off in the oil drilling business? there is an employment boom in some states like north dakota.....their unemployment is wayyyyyy down.....has obama figured out the reason for that yet?
