5.5 Million shares at between $19 and 22 per share. (Amounts to only something like 15% of the company).
Should skyrocket first day.

Paul, pkwknk, you guys planning on trying to get in?
Might be a fun play, but I wonder when we'd have a chance at a decent price. Anybody looked at playing AGRPA instead? That price is probably so run up based on all the Teligent hype, probably no upside. Any shortside?
