Ed - Thanks for your response. GRH, I did pick up some shares a few months back (just an odd lot of whatever I had in the acct at the time) to put them on my radar as I knew I wanted to invest larger at some point in the future. They are certainly an interesting holding co. of sorts with waste water and their patent pending software story warranting a deeper dive on my part. I have to believe any business by way of frac water coming from MHR and others in the Marcellus, will go to them?

Recent volume does not suggest any real play in the stock by way of sellers waiting for their restricted shares to be delivered out of 144 or anything else, so i guess the equity raise is still being inked.

Please keep me updated on anything else you might find and vice versa.
