Riley what ever the compnay disagrees with you and your CFO so I don;t know and truthfully I really do not care. Right now the float is 1.2 Million and I will worry about all this next year in Oct when my A shares converts. The company says one thing you say another. I trust the NEW management and they are moving right along. SO you can say what ever you want and I will still be long and storng and Even if it is 17M fully diluted that is still less that most Penny stocks floats so I do not see the point of all this. GB
