I have a subscription to Canada Stockwatch. One of my portfolios there has BEXP. As such I get news on BEXP as it happens. What is clear is that every Law Firm in the country seems to be investigating the deal. I think they feel it is too cheap. Was it shopped around or simply negotiated?
