I guess, many. In Saudi Arabia, from what I hear, a huge proportion of higher education grads specialize in Islamic Studies. We, who live in a "therapeutic society", instead graduate crowds of "social scientists" and similar... specialists. Makes every bit of sense -- that's our current state religion.
