joe, I was wondering why we hadn't heard from Paul since this occupy Wall Street thing got into full swing. I guess he may be out there with his students.

Here he is cheering them on.

glad you have been thinking about me. <gg> no, my wife and I were on on a bus vacation to New Mexico for 8 days. I have made some contacts with some of my past community organizers union buddies who have begun to be sent out across the US to register un-registered voter for the 2012 Obama's re-election. Obama has out snookered the Republicans in the past and he probably will do it again in any Republican that the Rep's put up in a debate. However, the Republican's have to get their sh_t together. Will it be Romney or Perry. Actually, I would prefer Romney over the religious zealot Perry. But, the religious zealots will have difficulty supporting Romney with his being a Mormon, IMO. Perry, IMO, will be like Bush II a gunslinger who got us into two wars not following his dad's lead during the Gulf War. Now, we have to be the policeman for that part of the country. The only problem, we have a deficit problem within the US and have a lack of skilled employees to fill the technical and skilled jobs which the Asst. Director of the Missouri Dept of Economic Development stated are available.

My question, what are we going to do in filling these robotic, computer and technical positions? Wish I had the solution. Newt does appear to have a good idea to require individuals to go to school to acquire the skills necessary for employment if they receive unemployment and financial support.
