[WSTL getting AMTX's contracts]

<< Why do you say that WSTL gets AMTX ADSL contracts?? >>

I asked Seamans on the conf. call this morning. he said that pending customer approval, WSTL would take over AMTX's contracts including BCTel.

and in the WSTL/TI press release it says:

"Under the agreement, Westell will assume the right to manfacture and sell Amati Allegro ADSL system products and all non-DSL Amati product lines, along with the right to fulfill existing customer contracts. Transfer of these contracts to Westell, which is subject to customer approval, recognizes Westell's leadership position in delivering systems solutions to customers."

conf. call replay is at 1-800-749-9947.
