If all the preferred was unfolded and set in your lap on Monday...then it would be time to RUN! But it won't! ZERO until Jan 1, 1997. Then it can only be sold in small portions. AND WHO'S GOING TO BUY IT??? Only someone that thinks the company is worth whatever price they are asking at the time. Will it be $1??? I don't think so. The IB's are coming! The IB's are coming!
