I have heard from my broker that there is discussion going on now about selling Sonoma. I think it is good timing, they have their products in good shape and the manufacturing is setup with Hamilton. So it would seem that with the right partner, a merger could be immediately accretive. The theme that comes up a lot is that people value more complete "end to end" solutions. I think maybe Sonoma isn't so much a dog, but only part of a solution. So the collaboration with Newbridge is an important step in addressing customer needs. dana
